The Basic listing Package includes:
1. MLS Exposure. Your home is listed on the Multiple Listing Service(MLS) which is accessed by every Realtor in the area. The majority of homes in our area are sold be real estate brokers through the MLS.
2. Internet Marketing. Your home is listed in Listingbook.com(where buyers are looking locally for homes each day), Realtor.com, and other prominent national sites which draw from MLS.
3. Signage. A List for Less attractive yard sign is included. Color fliers detailing your home's features are also provided.
4. Paperwork. All necessary paperwork is provided including all NC Bar Association contracts and property disclosures.
5. Appointment and feedback service. Convenient appointment setting service, Centralized Showings Service(CSS) will make all realtor appointments with you, the seller. CSS automatically requests feedback from agents and delivers responses to your broker.
6. Lockbox for Realtor access. List for Less provides a lockbox for Realtor access to your home.
7. Negotiations and support. List for Less will help you broker your best price and terms. We handle every aspect of the transaction from start to finish. You will have continuous support and communication throughout the process from responsive and experienced brokers.
